She completed her internship and residency at Providence Portland Medical Center in Oregon. Dr. Finley is passionate about exercising her mind to help others, especially those in underserved communities. Dr. Finley knows how complex the health care system can be, which is why she strives to empower her patients by offering tools to help them make informed decisions about their health. She focuses on listening, welcoming all questions, and sharing resources so that care becomes a team effort. She utilizes evidence-based practices along with customized patient care so that each treatment is personalized to encourage optimal outcomes.
