| About | Daphne Peterson has over 30 years of experience in the Residential and Commercial real estate industry. The first half of her career was focused strictly on the commercial side. She was the in-house broker for a major developer in the East Bay area of California where she did investment analysis, projected highest and best use, over-saw acquisition and take-out financing for industrial, commercial office, live-work and mixed-use properties. She also served as an asset manager. She has personally owned over 100 units of commercial and residential property in the state of California and has hands on experience working with property managers, re-habbing and repositioning property. In 2003 she added residential brokerage and rose to become a top real estate agent in her company, the region and internationally serving both residential and commercial clients. Additionally, she has extensive experience with short sales, REO’s and distressed property. She has held a real estate broker’s license for 30 years and is also an NMLS license. Since 2017 she has also been investing in non-performing notes and offering private money notes. |
