In time, their two sons Ted, Jr. and Roy joined the business, and CAWC became one of Northern California's leading waterproofing and restoration contracting firms. Since the beginning, our approach has been to personally supervise each project to ensure that quality and service meet or exceed client expectation. Today, the company is run by Roy Mayer with his wife Sharon and their family.
