I’ve lived in the SF Bay Area for the last 18 years, and I simply adore it. Before I became a real estate agent I had my own interior design firm, which gave me an eye for the details that matter most when you’re buying or selling a home. I see the potential for spaces in a unique way, and as a mother of two young boys, I am always thinking about how spaces can evolve with your family. I pride myself on delivering results for my clients and exceeding their expectations. I am extremely proud to be among the top 10 real estate agents in San Francisco out of over 5,000 agents. Recently I was ranked in the top 65 small agent teams nationwide by WSJ Real Trends. It’s about so much more than just closing a deal – for me, it’s personal. I’m highly invested in ensuring my clients have my undivided attention and get what they need. To do this, I carefully limit the number of clients I work with at a given time, and I have the best support team in the business to back me up. In addition to helping others buy and sell residential real estate I am also an active investor. I own several residential properties in various locations and I also invest in commercial real estate through syndications. Being in the trenches I’ve learned the business inside and out and I love to share this knowledge with my clients and peers. I can also be found on national stages educating other agents, in conference rooms at local tech companies or working with financial planners teaching teams about market cycles, how to get into contract in a competitive situation, how to find a deal in any market or why some homes in the same neighborhood sell for vastly different prices. Philanthropy and community involvement are very important to me. I am committed to giving 5% of my income each year to a wide variety of organizations. When I am not working, you can find me trying out new restaurants in the city, especially in those neighborhoods where I have homes listed.
