About	Heidi joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in May 2018. A graduate of California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor's degree in Financial Management, Heidi holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses plus state life and health insurance licenses. Heidi advocates time-tested financial principles, including disciplined, long-term saving and investing, careful debt management, and a thoughtful insurance strategy to manage financial risk. Through a values-centered approach to financial planning and a client-first philosophy, Heidi is committed to helping her clients plan confidently for the future and to accompanying them on their financial journey. Having experienced the financial difficulties resulting from the loss of a family member or a divorce, Heidi is committed to helping others prepare thoughtfully for the financial well-being of their loved ones. Active in her community, Heidi is a member of the San Diego Chamber of Commerce, Tip Master on the Board of Directors for LeTip of Mission Bay and a volunteer with the Armed Services YMCA. In her free time, Heidi enjoys sailing with friends, concerts, camping with family, dinner parties and board games.
