| About | Ruben joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in July 2019, following an eight-year career in the United States Navy Reserves, during which he participated in Operations Noble Eagle and Enduring Freedom. He also spent two years in the financial services industry as an agent helping clients with life insurance needs. A graduate of Argosy University with a Doctorate degree in Business Administration, Ruben holds Series 6, 63 and 65 securities licenses plus California life and health insurance licenses. Ruben is committed to helping his clients pursue their financial goals and lifetime dreams by bringing sound financial knowledge and trustworthy advice to a lasting relationship with each individual and family he serves.
