Amr Beltagui, MD, is a board-certified psychiatrist who provides exceptional care to the community in and around Rancho Cucamonga, California. At New Dawn TMS Psychiatry, he is dedicated to using the latest proven innovations in psychiatry to help his patients thrive. Dr. Beltagui offers top-tier psychiatric care alongside transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) with MagVenture TMS Therapy, an exciting new mental health treatment. He does all of this informed by extensive training and years of experience. After earning his medical degree, Dr. Beltagui completed his psychiatry residency at the State University of New York at Buffalo. He then built on that experience working as a staff psychiatrist for the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services. As he worked with patients with mental health disorders, Dr. Beltagui hunted for a way to bring them fast, lasting relief from their symptoms. He sought out training in TMS, one of the most promising treatments available today. He has been trained in TMS by experts in the field at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina, and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Harvard Medical School’s teaching hospital in Boston, Massachusetts. Upon moving to California, Dr. Beltagui worked as a core faculty member for the UCLA-Kern psychiatry residency program. During his time there, he also mentored psychiatry residents and medical students. Dr. Beltagui is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and is a member of both the American Psychiatric Association and the Clinical TMS Society. He uses his extensive training in TMS and his deep knowledge of mental health disorders to help his patients lead healthier, more balanced lives. |
