Included in our accounting services is our small business start-up and business entity consultation services. We also specialize in vacation rental accounting. In this area, we have staff dedicated to this service tracking client reservations, inputting all accounting transactions as well as determining correct payouts to owners. Our staff also act as the customer service agent for all financial questions and issues from the owners. We provide owners a portal where they are able to view the income and expenses of each of their properties. We also offer monthly bookkeeping services providing clients with financial statements on a monthly basis to help keep business owners apprised of their current financial position. As a convenience for our clients, we provide payroll services including, payroll processing, reporting and paying the payroll taxes. Finally, we provide individual and business tax preparation and planning. We prepare over 1,000 tax returns annually with a very low audit rate.. We know how to correctly prepare a tax return and limit our client's exposure for an audit. All of our services are aimed at determining the correct amounts to use on the tax return. Through our bookkeeping we are able to determine the correct income and expenses. By controlling the payroll, our clients only report and pay the wages and taxes that are required. Many business owners do not know how to pay themselves and many S Corp owners either under or over pay themselves. Everything funnels to the tax return.
