OUR PHILOSOPHY IS TO BRING TOGETHER Superior building materials – US Factory Homes (USFH) carefully selects high quality building materials for use throughout its homes, and buys many of these materials in high volume Quality construction methods – our factory has an optimal placing for jigs, bridge crane and mezzanine, and the industry latest technology. We fit roofs, and many other components (and disassemble) to ensure fit, prior to leaving the factory to deliver a standard floor plan, or customized modular/manufactured home to you, and at a price representing good value. You have an option for either of wood construction, or structural steel construction. Our structural steel models have exposed steel in the house – an architectural feature.
