As a top producer, licensed in 2003 (17 years), I pride myself on finding out what my clients' needs are first and then delivering. With varied experience from sellers (both luxury and distressed) to move up buyers and investors, I have a great deal of knowledge in most all areas of residential real estate and apply it to each situation. I leverage my team and various resources to deliver the best marketing and customer service possible to achieve the best price for my sellers and the best terms for my buyers. I execute a proactive approach. Call me to understand how that differs from others. I have been an Oakland/East Bay resident since the late 70s. I am a retired Captain of the United States Air Force Reserve (former Army), and I have belonged to various real estate organizations and as a broker since 2005. I have a background in service, management and sales from banking, retail and information technology industries. I had been director for a non-profit program for 5 years called People Educating Teens for Empowerment (PETE), in which I worked with and coached youth and adult mentors in the Oakland community. More recently I’ve given time as well as money to my local youth coaching and mentoring.
