At Blue Sky Bistro we contribute to local schools, community and environmental organizations along with many non-profits to raise money through gifts, donations and participation in events and fundraisers. We have built our business on the spirit of supporting and giving back to our community. We source locally grown fresh produce, avocados for our hand made guacamole, locally made tortillas. You’ll find both locally wild-caught and sustainable seafood on our menu for a good reason – catching everything in the wild would deplete the very resource to which we owe everything. |
