| About | It all began with the amazing, creative master pastry Chef Ron Mendoza and then 8 year old Summer, passionate about science and cooking, in our home kitchen in Carmel, CA.Revival was born out of passion and love for real, authentic food, community, people and environment and that is how it continues to grow each day. I, Adriana have earned my masters degree in pharmacy at the Pharmaceutical University in Bratislava, Slovakia. I am passionate about health, food, science and business. Together Ron and I create business and ice cream like no other .There's no other ice cream made quite like ours!Revival Ice Cream is real food artfully combined to create rich, scrumptious and unique flavor combinations. We craft our ice cream from scratch, starting with pasteurizing organic milk. Revival ice cream is handmade in small batches daily using locally grown and organic ingredients. We absolutely LOVE what we do and we do our best each day to become better at what we do. |
