After undergraduate work at UCLA, where he received a BA in Microbiology, Dr. Kipper spent 5 years in the Ph.D. program in Immunology at UC San Francisco. He then matriculated to UCLA Medical School. Afterward, he settled in San Diego where he completed his residency in Internal Medicine. Dr. Kipper founded Medical Group of North County in 1990. Over the years, MGNC has grown into one of the largest independent and private medical practices in San Diego's North County. In 2002, he renewed his efforts to maintain a committed relationship with his patients by opening his solo concierge medical office. |
