| About | Keryn has a rich and varied real estate career. She started her career in 1995, when she joined Remerica Hometown One, in Plymouth, MI. She became an Accredited Buyer's agent (ABR) in 1996 and a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) in 1999 (top 3% of all agents Nationwide). After working hard and learning the basics, in 2000 she joined Snyder, Kinney, Bennett and Keating (since bought out by Sotheby's International) in Birmingham, MI, where she focused her attention on the higher end market. In 2001, she received her Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) designation. Later, she moved to Old Westbury, NY, to join Daniel Gale (now also part of Sotheby's International). After one too many cold winters, Keryn moved to Southern Cal and relied upon her property management credentials, and reinstated her Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) position. |
