About	Welcome to our Practice! Prime Pulmonary & Sleep Center (PPSC), is Kern County’s newest and most comprehensive Pulmonary and Sleep Center. PPSC has two convenient locations in Bakersfield and Delano, California. Led by Board Certified Physicians Pramil Vaghasia, MD and Ruchi Bansal, MD - PPSC offers comprehensive care and specializes in the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with all types of Lung and Sleep disorders. PPSC also provides expertise in the management of critically-ill patients in the hospital setting. In addition, Prime Pulmonary & Sleep Center is the ONLY Sleep Center in Kern County to be ACCREDITED BY THE AMERICAN ACADEMY OF SLEEP MEDICINE (AASM).
